Asociatia Pro Agriensis Foundation (RO)

The Pro Agriensis Association is a dedicated community organization operating in Romania. Our aim is to promote the cultural and intellectual development of rural areas and strengthen local communities. We take pride in successfully implementing cultural and social projects in close collaboration with our community for many years.
Our activities encompass a wide range of initiatives.

We organize cultural events such as folk dance festivals, traditional celebrations, and local gatherings that contribute to the preservation of traditions and identity. Additionally, we place great importance on education and knowledge-building, offering various educational programs and training for the local communities.

Fostering community cohesion and solidarity is of utmost importance to us. We organize numerous charity programs and initiatives to support those in need and collaborate with other local and international organizations and foundations to achieve common goals.
We are extremely proud and honored to be part of this excellent team and to participate in this project. Our goal is to establish a mentoring program in Romania where young individuals with exceptional skills, living in children’s homes, can assist and mentor their younger peers.
The main objective of our project is to enhance the self-esteem and self-confidence of the mentored young individuals and to strengthen the sense of belonging and community in their immediate and broader environments. We believe it is crucial to provide them with opportunities for growth not only within the confines of children’s homes but also through traveling abroad, gaining new experiences, and becoming ambassadors of the „Do Something Good!” movement.

Our association is committed to community collaboration and the promotion of culture. We deeply care about the well-being and future prospects of young individuals raised in children’s homes, and we strive to assist them in overcoming challenges and realizing their full potential. It is important to us that we hear their voices, not only because they grow up in disadvantaged circumstances but also because many of them struggle with acquiring proficiency in the majority language of their nation.
Through our participation in this project „Our voice” we can further strengthen community bonds, support youth development, and contribute to the overall growth and progress of our community.
We hope that this project will contribute to the well-being and success of young individuals living in children’s homes and inspire others to collaborate in providing assistance to those in need.
