On October 8-9, we gathered in Kortrijk, Belgium, for the final meeting of the Our Voice project. Representatives from all four partner organizations came together to reflect on the journey we’ve shared, evaluate the program, and explore exciting possibilities for the future. It was an incredible experience to look back on how far we’ve come—from the very first steps to this moment, when the official part of the project comes to a close.
But for us, Our Voice is more than just a project—it’s a movement! We’re all filled with hope and excitement as we dive into planning what comes next. Thanks to the geographic closeness, Hungary and Romania have already started collaborating over the summer (you can read more about that here), and all three countries are brainstorming ways to overcome geographical and language barriers so that even more young people can find their voice.
Throughout the project, each of the four organizations learned invaluable lessons that will shape how we work going forward. These are lessons that will help us support even more youth in the future.
